GW2 Commission - Staerwyen

Commission for Staerwyen, as a Christmas gift for her husband. The drawing features her and her husband's main characters in the game Guild Wars 2. Her elementalist is casting the Healing Rain spell on her husband's character.

Really enjoyed working on this one, especially as it was a Christmas gift, and I got to experiment a lot with the background and water effects. The commissioner wanted to background to be suggestive of a storm, so I tried to put in the mood and temperament of a unruly sky, colours swirling dramatically and creating an eerie silence before the storm effect.
